★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman running this place is a nightmare. Yelling at staff. Yelling at customers. I was ordering food to go and I ordered I grabbed my bag and decided to stay and eat since there was a spot. The kid working the floor (cleaning/managing tables) told me it was ok for me to sit. I asked before I did since Covid rules. I was halfway through and she walked up to me and started yelling at me telling me I couldn't be eating in the restaurant since I ordered take away. Which is why I asked prior. I told her the kid told me it was ok and then she began berating him. Not a pleasant experience. I finished my meal then left, but I won't be back. I know everyone is stressed but don't take it out on your employees - especially in front of guests. The worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly lady did a lot of effort in entertaining my kids and brought small gifts and even free icecreams. When we left the happy meal gift she tiok it aside and kept for us to pick up. Excellent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty slow with service although cant blame the overworked staff. Basic Mc Donald's cant expect much. Dont get the vegan options. They have a very weird taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the staff had the wrong attitude, I guess that lady was some manager, and she spoke terrible English, and could not take my order properly, but in the end she got my order. For some reason she seemed very hostile toward me, upset that she couldn't understand my food order. The other staff was ok and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not the place you wanna go! I showed my vaccination book and I was asked for my qr code!!!! I finally found it but lost my appetite! The girl at the door was really unfriendly and unprofessional! So don't go at McDonald's in the center of Maastricht! You will be really disappointed ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely a high quality McDonald’s. The best fries at any McDonald’s I’ve ever had, they are super flavorful, the salt is balanced, and they are served warm and super crunchy. The staff is also super nice and always enthusiastic... even though the price of the food here is higher than that in other countries (2.35€ for medium fries vs .60$ in USA) I think the extra money definitely goes into the quality and overall experience.
