β β β β β Ten eerste qr check, dus medische discriminatie. Verder, als ik tournedos bestel van de kaart (31,50) medium rare wil ik geen kogel biefstuk krijgen die well done is. Terug gestuurd, krijg WEER kogel biefstuk, dit stuk vlees verkopen voor de prijs van een tournedos is ronduit schandalig! amper medium... geen zin in stennis dus maar gezegd dat het prima was. Wijn.... commerciΓ«le meuk en dan ook nog qua volume bizar weinig! 6 euro voor een glas commerciΓ«le troep en de hoeveelheid is nog geen 2 slokken! Haring/ biet cocktail, smaakloos... en kansloos. Gamba's goed gegaard, smaak was ok. Bediening bereidwillig en vriendelijk. Alleen al het actief scannen van QR was voor mij al de eerste en laatste keer, het tournedos drama ook kansloos. Het enige was positief was, was de dame in de bediening, die deed haar uiterste best en heb ik als prettig ervaren. Eerste en laatste keer... jammer..

Sent back get Bullet steak AGAIN, selling this cut of meat for the price of a tournedos is nothing short of outrageous! barely medium... no point in arguing so but said it was fine. Wine.... commercial junk and bizarrely little in terms of volume! 6 euros for a glass of commercial junk and the amount is less than 2 sips! Herring/beet cocktail, tasteless... and no chance. Gambas well cooked, taste was ok. Service willing and friendly. The active scanning of QR alone was the first and last time for me, the tournedos drama also had no chance. The only positive thing was the lady in the service, who went out of her way and I experienced it as pleasant. First and last time...sorry...

β β β β β Voor 't eerst gelunched hier. Gelukkig een tafel voor 4 beschikbaar. Vlotte bediening, drankjes snel op tafel. Daarna 45 min. moeten wachten op 3 club sandwiches en een broodje pulled chicken. Club sandwiches ok, maar lauwe en slappe friet. Broodje pulled chicken met dezelfde friet, en koud. Gevraagd of het broodje en chicken warm of koud moesten zijn (wist het echt niet...). Moest warm zijn. Teruggestuurd naar de keuken. Na 15 minuten heeft de rest van het gezelschap de club sandwiches op en heb ik een paar (koude) frietjes van hun borden gesnaaid...
Nog steeds geen warme pulled chicken intussen.
Bij de bediening aangegeven dat het niet meer hoeft. Hoe moeilijk is het om dit te herstellen? En hoe leuk is het om uiteindelijk alleen te eten?
Werd door de bediening goed opgepakt en men begreep dat het niet goed ging op deze manier. Excuses.
Fout is op de rekening ruimschoots gecompenseerd, maar feit blijft dat ik ruim een uur naar etende mensen heb gekeken en uiteindelijk zonder eten de deur ben uitgegaan.
ca. 5 man in de open keuken en de bediening doet z'n uiterste best, maar 't lukt niet helemaal. Hier is ruimte voor verbetering.
Pluspunt: Probleem meteen erkend en gecompenseerd.
Minpunt: Zonder eten de deur uit...
Met een paar kleine aanpassingen kan dit een uitstekende plek zijn voor een goede lunch.
Tip voor de frituur: Het restje van het vorige baksel niet meeverwarmen met het nieuwe baksel. U weet zelf waarom.
Uitglijer Nr.1 in de patatbusiness...
Had lunch here for the first time. Luckily a table for 4 available. Fast service, drinks on the table quickly. Then 45 min. had to wait for 3 club sandwiches and a pulled chicken sandwich. Club sandwiches ok, but lukewarm and limp chips. Pulled chicken sandwich with the same fries, and cold. Asked if the bun and chicken should be hot or cold (didn't really know...). Had to be hot. Sent back to the kitchen. After 15 minutes the rest of the party has finished the club sandwiches and I have snatched a few (cold) fries from their plates...
Still no warm pulled chicken in the meantime.
Indicated at the control that it is no longer necessary. How hard is it to fix this? And how nice is it to end up eating alone?
Was picked up well by the service and they understood that it was not going well this way. Excuses.
Error has been amply compensated for on the bill, but the fact remains that I watched people eating for over an hour and eventually left the door without food.
about 5 people in the open kitchen and the service does its utmost, but it doesn't quite work out. There is room for improvement here.
Pros: Problem immediately recognized and compensated.
Cons: Without eating out the door...
With a few minor tweaks, this could be an excellent place for a good lunch.
Tip for the deep fryer: Do not heat the leftovers from the previous baking with the new baking. You know why.
Slippage No. 1 in the French fries business...
