De villa
Sinds jaar en dag is Rodestein een begrip in Doorn. De oude villa stamt uit 1898 en is van oudsher een internaat voor rijke jonge dames, deze functie heeft de villa al jaren niet meer. De villa heeft in de loop der tijd vele veranderingen ondergaan. De authentieke en gezellige sfeer is hierdoor gelukkig niet verloren gegaan. Zo knappert 's winters het haardvuur en kunt u bij kaarslicht dineren en in de zomer is het heerlijk vertoeven op het tuinterras onder de grote groene parasols.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXCELLENT chef. The food was superb. Pace was painfully slow. Every course was freshly prepared so that would explain the wait BUT it was a solid two hour lunch. I just wanted to let you know if you were in a hurry, do not order the “3 course menu” just something a la carte and it will be much quicker. It was still excellent!!!
