Nice La Trappe draft beer.
A seasonal menu and flexible with alergies (when discussed in advance)
Over the last 10+ years I visit them at least twice a year and it's still one of my favourite restaurants.
The concept they offer (since they started in Almere) was originally done by a similar restaurant in Hilversum.

The only thing I would have liked if they asked one time if we would like another drink ha ha, but I might be spoiled expecting them to ask me in a restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are always ful and if you want to go there in the weekend, I would strongly recommend you to make a reservation in front. Once you try the food in this restaurant, you will know why its so busy there. Everything we tried tasted really fresh and delicious. I didn't even have time to make pictures of the food. Their homemade Tiramisu is amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cozy reataurant with an unexpected entrance at the side of the building instead of the front. Had something to it though. For what you pay you get a good meal. A 3 course menu costs you 24,45 with some choices such as wild boar adds like 3 euros. I had the 250 gram burger which was huge, couldn't finish it. It had some farm style fries which were huge. Drinks not included. Very friendly staff and quick service. Would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and caring service (although it was quite slow). The place was full of people but not loud at all. We sat a whole family and everyone could talk with everyone.
The courses, 26.5 euros p.p., include appetiser, main course and a dessert. Each one was well made. Very tasty. And fresh. Every meat dish was perfect. The desserts are big and tasty.
Overall. Very good restaurant. Not our first time and definitely not our last.
