Update on the original post here below.
The company contacted me after my post and promptly refunded me the amount due.
They asked me again for my IBAN and they said there was an error on the IBAN I previously provided, assessment that I doubt considering that their inquiry started only after my review instead of after my numerous emails.
Bottom line: I appreciate the effort done and how they eventually managed to fix the solution. On that part I might give even 5 stars. I have to add all the headache this process generated and for which I gave 1 star => that's why 3 stars.
Original:
I used this service on the last February to start my internet connection at home with a different provider. The reason why I used this service is that they were offering a couple of months of free web-TV and a 10 EUR cash-back
We are in November and I still didn't get the 10 EUR, despite having contacted the customer service many times, both via phone and email.
Obviously 10 EUR are not changing people life however it is a service that you offered and It is outrageous that in 9 months you guys were not able to keep up with your commitment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy sign up from the site. Unfortunately the additional comment I put during order didn't seem to be taken into account. Not sure if it was breedbandwinkel's or the provider's responsibility.
Update: order nr 821792816. I asked in the remark section if the modem can be sent to a different address. But there was no follow up on this and it was sent to the order's address. I got the modem in the end but would have been nice if my request/ question was taken into account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service. No possibility to track your order. In the end it was easier and faster to come directly to the KPN shop to arrange the house internet connection. For the temporary 4G wifi device service - returned the device more than 20 days ago, not used, still no refund! I think it's a scam!
