Waited something like 20 minutes outside the shop, one customer inside, three staff hanging around and chatting away, ignoring waiting customers in a professional way.

Awful treatment by the employee. Extremely rude and disrespectful. International students specially should avoid this place!

The people working there delivered excellent service (handling my phone which I was delivering under warranty and extending my current contract), however, afterwards they made me pay €1.50 for a tiny little piece of plastic SIM card adapter (from micro SIM to normal SIM). Not really customer-centric in my opinion.

We just had a very bad experience with Vodafone store in Delft. The staff executive did not listen to my question completely and said he would not entertain my request.i asked him what the procedure for my request is and he bluntly said I can't help you and I cannot be any more clear than this ! I was very shocked with the rude behaviour . Decided to go to another Vodafone store but the experience is really bad !

*Dutch review below* Normally i’m not like this, to leave a one star review, but the demeanour and overall attitude of the dutch bearded, middle aged guy sitting behind hos computer in the back of the store, was just typical. I will prelude my review: I’m in the market for a Galaxy S10 and i was with my 78 year old mom, out shopping, when she sat down on one of the high chairs, while i was testing the phone hand-on. All of the sudden I hear from behind me from that corner in the back, a vodafone employee that didn’t even got up to talk to us, β€œ how can i help you?”, no he sat there annoyed, saying in one sentence: β€œma’am, can O help you and it you are not supposed to sit there...”, I am quite sensitive to these things to pick up the real thoughts and those were: he is a lazy bun that hates his job, and does the bare minimum to say what he learned in sales training and immediately after those trained words, he says his real thoughts, which are down right rude and insulting. My mom is 78 years old and wanted to just sit down and relax a bit. What an inconsiderate man he is!! I know, because this turkish coworker apologises and respectfully explains that those are employee chairs and she is welcome to sit in a more comfortable bench in the back. But it was too late. I gave the lazy dutch guy a good hard look of disapproval and we left and I will NEVER come back to this store or Vodafone again. Who did he think he was?!?!!! Anyway, I will buy and get my business current and future, to a different store that respects the elderly and at least makes an effort to get out of his chair!! Ik ben normaal niet zo maar wat mij vandaag (21 maart 2019) overkwam, MOET iedereen weten. Ik ben in de markt voor een nieuwe smartphone en was er met m’n 78-jarige moeder. Ik keek even naar de galaxy s10+ en m’n moeder ging even op de hoge stoel zitten, want kan niet lang stil staan. Horen we ineens van achteren in de hoek: β€œMevrouw, kunnen we u ergens mee helpen, het is niet de bedoeling dat u daar gaat zitten!” En we werden vanachter de computer, achter in de winkel, uitgekeken. Het ging om de bebaarde hollandse meneer en niet om de turkse meneer (die was wel vriendelijk en merkte ook snel op dat de houding van de collega erg klantonvriendelijk was). Kortom, ik kom NOOIT meer in deze winkel en ik zal dat ook tegen iedereen zeggen, het is niet normaal meer om zo te doen. Ik koop m’n telefoon wel ergens anders!! Deze hollandse meneer moet maar eens op klanttraining bij Vodafone.

Very bad experience. The person over there is a racist. If you are non-Dutch, definitely avoid this place. The treatment was very bad. I asked for a Sim card service that was available to all and he said, "I won't provide this service to you" straight on my face. I did not expect this kind of response from a reputed company such as Vodafone. I was wondering if I did something wrong but after reading the 1 star reviews for this Vodafone store, I am confirmed that the guy over there has some serious problem with internationals. I finally went with Lebara.

I've been in this branch a few times and have always been satisfied with the customer service and knowledgeable staff. Shout out to Fouad who always goes above and beyond to solve your problem and make sure you leave the store with happiness. Thank you so much, Fouad, keep it up!
