β β β β β I purchased a chcocoale cream by this company in an organic store in Hannover. It contained glass splinters, so i filed a complain to get my money back since the product was so expensive and i COULD HAVE BEEN HURT BADLY. Company told me to send a package with the broken glass to Netherland on my costs (9 euros!). After some research i was told, that it was not their fault, they thanked me for my effort and after many days i got 9 euros back, which only covers the package, not the cream that was contained with glass splinters- so basically my complain was rejected. cheap a$$ company with a horrible customer service. !!! dont buy anything from them
