Zowel de kleur als de afmeting van de wasbak komen niet overeen met hoe we hem besteld hebben. Daarnaast blijft er altijd een flinke laag water onderin de wastafel staan omdat men geen afwatering maakt naar de afvoer.. Al met al dus heel erg ontevreden hierover. Cor wil ons op geen enkele manier tegemoet komen en geeft alleen aan dat we in het begin toen we de wastafel zagen bij hem enthousiast waren.. het enige voorstel dat hij heeft gedaan is dat wij de wasbak zelf moeten behandelen door hem een andere kleur te geven. Op de opmerking dat een kom beschadigd is en ik een foto heb meegestuurd hoor je niets meer van hem geen mail geen telefoontje gewoon niets. Geld is binnen en niet meer mee bemoeien, zoiets nomen ze nazorg en aftersales, zo hou je alleen maar eenmalige klanten terwijl wij eigenlijk een vervolg bestelling wilden doen voor een toilet meubel.
