★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onze auto gekocht bij Broekhuis Amersfoort. In eerste instantie veel gedoe en problemen. Na overleg met Broekhuis zijn we tot een oplossing gekomen en is onze auto kosteloos gerepareerd.
We bought our car at Broekhuis Amersfoort. Initially a lot of hassle and problems. After consultation with Broekhuis, we came to a solution and our car was repaired free of charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ter aanvulling. In vergelijking tot vorige lokatie van Broekhuis is deze lokatie voor het neer zetten van je auto beduidend minder. Waar moet je je auto kwijt voor onderhoud/ werkplaats? Bij ophalen loop je eerst naar achter en uiteindelijk is het een automonteur welke mijn probleem erkende als minder dan de vorige lokatie. Op uitvoering van de werkzaamheden daar heb ik geen problemen alsmede ook niet op de receptie.
In addition. Compared to the previous location of Broekhuis, this location for parking your car is significantly less. Where should you leave your car for maintenance/workshop? When picking up you first walk to the back and eventually it is a car mechanic who recognized my problem as less than the previous location. I have no problems with the execution of the work there, nor with the reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broekhuis Amersfoort heeft in 2020 onze Kuga PHEV geleverd. Vanaf dag 1 zijn er allerlei issues met de auto die soms wel en dan weer niet de kop op steken. Dat maakt het oplossen ervan lastig. De service van Ford Amersfoort is echter uitstekend. Men doet alles om de klachten weg te krijgen. Recent is de Kuga ruim 2 weken bij ze gebleven. Ik woon op een uur rijden van ze vandaan maar de Kuga werd keurig gehaald en gebracht incl. leenauto. Dat maakt veel goed! Aanrader dus!
Broekhuis Amersfoort delivered our Kuga PHEV in 2020. From day 1 there are all kinds of issues with the car that sometimes crop up and sometimes don't. That makes solving it difficult. However, the service from Ford Amersfoort is excellent. Everything is done to get rid of the complaints. Recently the Kuga stayed with them for over 2 weeks. I live an hour's drive from them, but the Kuga was neatly picked up and brought incl. loan car. That makes a lot of good! Recommended!
