★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn Opel Insignia gekocht bij Henri&Herman in Utrecht en ik kan niet anders zeggen dat Dhr. vd Helder een zeer attente verkoper is die je meeneemt om te komen tot juiste offerte/afspraken die nagekomen worden. Tot op heden ben ik uitermate tevreden over Henri&Herman in Utrecht en kan je aanbevelen daar een auto te kopen.
 Bought my Opel Insignia from Henri & Herman in Utrecht and I cannot say otherwise that Mr. vd Helder is a very attentive salesman who takes you with him to arrive at the correct quotation / agreements that are fulfilled. Until now I am extremely satisfied with Henri & Herman in Utrecht and can recommend buying a car there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer onbetrouwbare zaak zou teruggebeld worden over inruil op een ford b max ,na 4uur zelf maar weer gebeld en verkoper Twan zou contact opnemen als hij klaar was met een klant....niets meer gehoord. Onbetrouwbaar en komen afspraken niet na!! Op dinsdag alsnog teruggebeld met excuses dus dat is wel netjes,maar €150 eur inruil blijft wel een lachertje .
Very unreliable business would be called back about trade-in on a ford b max, after 4 hours called again and seller Twan would contact when he was ready with a customer .... heard nothing more. Unreliable and do not keep appointments!! Called back on Tuesday with apologies so that's neat, but €150 eur exchange remains a joke.

Cons:
- Nobody is explaining the car faulty parts when you asked.
- We have arrived the garage 14:00 and asked for a test drive, their response was "We are not giving a test drive if you are not going to buy the car".
It`s the only garage i have ever seen that do not want try to sell a car to their customers.
