★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn Volvo XC40 hybrid voor n onderhoudsbeurt gebracht, aan t eind Vd dag een glimmend gepoetste en van binnen gereinigde auto opgehaald, helemaal TOP ! De XC40 maakte voorheen altijd enorm veel geluid tijdens het opladen (ventilator tbv koeling van de accu’s), maar dankzij de update die nu geïnstalleerd is, is dat probleem (bijna geheel) verholpen; en zijn de
Ventilatorgeluiden verdwenen......helemaal geweldig !!!

 Brought my Volvo XC40 hybrid for a service, at the end of the day picked up a shiny polished and cleaned car, all TOP! The XC40 used to make a lot of noise during charging (fan for cooling the batteries), but thanks to the update that has now been installed, that problem has (almost completely) been solved; and are the
Fan noises gone......totally great !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag mijn eerste volvo v40 opgehaald en ik heb alleen maar lof voor deze garage. Super goede service en mijn auto is tot in de puntjes afgewerkt zodat ik nog vele veilige kilometers kan maken.
Today I picked up my first Volvo V40 and I have nothing but praise for this garage. Super good service and my car is finished to perfection so that I can still make many safe kilometers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag onze nieuwe auto mogen ophalen in Emmen. Omdat de heenreis per trein ging werd ik keurig van het station opgehaald waarna de koffie (met gebak) al vrij snel op tafel stond. De auto zelf stond keurig gepoetst onder een kleed te wachten. Na de verschillende formaliteiten, uitleg over de diverse instellingen en na overhandiging van de sleutels werd de terugreis aangevangen. Kortom, een organisatie waar je je thuis voelt en de klant daadwerkelijk op één staat. Een absolute aanrader. Complimenten aan iedereen binnen Broekhuis die deze aflevering tot een waar feestje heeft gemaakt! Oh, ja.. ook de auto bevalt erg goed!!
Got to pick up our new car in Emmen today. Because the outward journey was by train, I was neatly picked up from the station, after which the coffee (with cake) was soon on the table. The car itself was neatly polished under a rug waiting. After the various formalities, explanation about the various institutions and after handing over the keys, the return journey was started. In short, an organization where you feel at home and where the customer really comes first. An absolute must. Congratulations to everyone at Broekhuis who made this episode a true party! Oh, yes.. the car is also very good!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor mijn Volvo XC40 een offerte aangevraagd om alleen olie te verversen en oliefilter te vervangen, had keurig binnen een half uur de offerte binnen.
Hadden een kleine discussie over de prijs maar is keurig opgelost na een goed gesprek met de heer Bouma.

Requested a quote for my Volvo XC40 to only change the oil and replace the oil filter, I had the quote within half an hour.
Had a small discussion about the price but it was neatly resolved after a good conversation with Mr Bouma.
