★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Correcte afwikkeling van een offerte, werd helaas geconfronteerd met veel extra kosten en een schandalige lage inruil prijs. Een absolute belediging. Toen ik via e-mail vroeg om de offerte toe te lichten kreeg ik een auto replay dat de medewerker op vakantie is en ik over x tijd maar contact op moest nemen. Blijkbaar is er geen mail systeem opgezet om mail automatisch door te sturen zodat een collega de voortgang kan overnemen.
Correct settlement of a quote, was unfortunately confronted with many extra costs and an outrageously low trade-in price. An absolute insult. When I asked by e-mail to explain the quote, I got an auto replay that the employee is on vacation and I had to contact them in x time. Apparently no mail system has been set up to automatically forward mail so that a colleague can take over the progress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belachelijke service. We hebben hier in mei 2019 een nieuwe Fiat 500 gekocht. Nu waait de lak er al vanaf en word een garantiegevalltje van 250€ incl al verwezen naar de klant. Voor ons nooit weer autopalace , arrogant volk.

Als je de post leest staat er inderdaad dat wij de auto bij jullie hebben gekocht.
Contact met jullie werkplaatsreceptie heeft totaal geen nut, want je word doorverwezen naar de arrogante meneer van de garantieafdeling, die je met een grote muil afbekt. Waarom zouden we weer contact met jullie receptie moeten opnemen? We worden toch niet geholpen, het geld is al lang en breed binnen ja.
Liever een slechte recensie, dan je klant helpen, prima bedrijfvisie
Ridiculous service. We bought a new Fiat 500 here in May 2019. Now the paint is already blowing off and a warranty case of €250 incl is already referred to the customer. Never again for us an autopalace, arrogant people.

If you read the post it does indeed say that we bought the car from you.
Contact with your workshop reception is of no use at all, because you are referred to the arrogant gentleman from the warranty department, who sniffs at you with a big mouth. Why should we contact your reception again? We will not be helped anyway, the money has already been received for a long time, yes.
Better a bad review than helping your customer, great company vision
