Have visited two times - once a few months ago, and again a few weeks ago after they moved up the street. First time I went I had a very good experience. Hair was cut by a younger guy, and he put a lot of time and care into it. Cost around €10-12.
The next time, I only needed a simple beard trim, which was done by an older guy (presumably the owner). I said I didn't need my hair cut because it was done recently elsewhere, but that maybe he could tidy it up a little bit, which he did. While he did a good job, he charged €20 for it, which to me was outrageous for something so simple. I suspect - and I hope I am wrong - that he charged so much because I am not Dutch and he thought he could take the piss. If that was the case, he shot himself in the foot, because I am a local resident in Schiedam and won't be going to Broers Kappers again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in at 8 o’clock and they close at 8.30. The guy kept his eye on the clock instead of my hair. Didn’t cut my hair as I said even tough my hair was very short. Definitely do not recommend if you want some quality.
