If you are thinking to make an appointment be prepared that you will sit and wait to your turn very long, 2 stuff members and 5 customers. Painting hair on one color is taking 2 hours( all skin arround forhead is painted, not just a bit, big spots) Hygiene level 0- all people, all people's hair combed 1 and the same comb, those ladies never heard about disinfection of scissors or a comb. Big dissapointment, not worth any money, waist of time, big disaster.

Being an exchange student, for me it was very difficult to trust another hairdresser than my own from my home country. But luckly all the staff of this salon made me feel very comfortable, and left my hair INCREDIBLE !!! even better than I expected. TOTALY RECOMMENDED!!

S	Soodabeh Amn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you wanna book a time first go and see the salon! It’s very dirty, seems no one cares about it to make it at least a bit tidier and clean! Product that they use is very very low quality ones! After I got my hair done, I could feel my hair was very dry and sticky! I had to come home and again take a shower and use products of my own! Not sure what is the brand they use! The methods they cut the hair, paint it and blow dry it is I guess belongs to 50 years back! I lost a lot of hair while blow drying because the lady was trying to brush a very wet hair before dry it a bit and then try to brush it! Everyone knows that these days! I haven’t had a good exercise with them, while I was there, a guy came to the salon, staring to this and that and then was taking a nap on the chair, I guess was one of their relatives!! This is not professional at all! Compare to the service they provide, the price is very very high! I would be happy to pay 150 to a clean and professional salon than 50 euro to this. I see from the other comments that, instead of improving their salon based on the constructive feedbacks from reviewer they become quite defensive. So I don't expect so much improvement. Pity but I don’t go back and I don’t recommend!

I felt comfortable enough to tell this to the salon whereby I was booked in for a new appointment to retouch my hair only a few days later. I was extremely pleased with the end result and will be revisiting again for a new touch up in a couple of months. Thank you for being so accommodating and friendly and for all the effort and love put into my hair!

When I messaged them about a refund they just told me they wouldn't refund me and now they ignore my messages. Really disappointed with this service and the owner's attitude. Also the salon is messy and to braid my hair she kept pulling materials out of these messy boxes full of old hair extensions, it is really not worth it.

Friendly staff and knows what she's doing and gave good hair advice and tips. Definitely going back and my kids might make the next visit. Glad to have them in such close proximity to home, definitely a plus.
