Jelle& Oscar hebben ons zeer goed begeleid in de verkoop van ons huis; we kregen regelmatig terugkoppeling, en ook het biedingsproces is vlekkeloos en netjes verlopen. Je huis verkopen is een persoonlijke kwestie, fijn als daar een gedegen begeleiding bij komt! Dit hebben wij bij Broersma absoluut ervaren.
 These are fine and professional estate agents in Amsterdam. Jelle & Oscar have guided us very well in the sale of our house; we received regular feedback and the bidding process went smoothly and neatly. Selling your house is a personal matter, which is great if proper guidance is added! We have absolutely experienced this at Broersma.

β β β β β Zowel als aankoop - (2014) en verkoopmakelaar (2021) van de service van Broersma gebruik gemaakt. Niets dan lof voor Jelle en Judith en de professionele ondersteuning van Bodile. Het was mede door een vergunningsplichtige verbouwing en een grote VVE een uitdagend traject. Had niet zonder ze gekund, vanaf het eerste moment: totale ontzorging.
Used Broersma's service as a purchase (2014) and sales broker (2021). Nothing but praise for Jelle and Judith and the professional support of Bodile. It was a challenging process, partly due to a renovation requiring a permit and a large VVE. Couldn't have done without them, from the very first moment: total peace of mind.

β β β β β I was interested in one of their houses. They said the viewing is full and didnβt let me see the house. Later I saw that they sold the house way lower than what I could offer. If you want to sell your house quickly under itβs value, this is the right agency.

β β β β β Tessa and Annemarie were amazing in helping us find accommodation in Amsterdam. They really went out of their way to make a plan to meet us in a virtual environment and not insist on us viewing the property in person. I highly recommend them for thinking outside of the box, professional engagement with us and exceptional responsiveness. Well done you guys! You were truly amazing to work with!

β β β β β This agent is really bad and extremely unprofessional. We used their service to rent out our apartment in Amsterdam. When we signed the contract, everything seems ok. However after a year, we normally has a annual rate increase. They send us a letter with 3.5% increase and we confirmed it. When the tenant checked out, we were informed by the other agent that they only pay 2% rate increase after the first year. We were completely shocked, and wrote many emails to them with no reply or delayed replies (e.g. months later). Until the contract finished, we still did not receive any reasonable explanation and they just said "a wrong index letter you received accidentally".
if you are the expats like us, who are searching for a good and professional agent, they are definitely not recommended.

β β β β β Don't use this real estate agent/Makelaar. It was an horrendous experience regarding a house valuation. They were unprofessional and unprepared in the meetings. They were repeatedly giving incorrect and outdated information and continued doing so even when corrected with proof, which gave the impression they have unsound business practices and/or were incompetent. Also they were unpleasant on the phone when I had questions they could not answer and they did not do the research we had discussed. Be aware that their valuations are for easy selling without effort. In my case they tried to convince me that my house was worth 30% less than average market value. Hence I did not continue the relationship.
