I have both business and private experiences with this office. I think this is the best notary in all of Amsterdam. This is due to the personal approach that the office offers everyone. It is very accessible and puts everyone at ease. Turns a home delivery into a party and thinks along with serious life issues. In short, a must for all your important notarial matters.

Tip: geef voortaan aub een realistischer raming bij de telefonische aanvraag van kosten voor basale voogdij-/testamentaire akte. Had nul toeters en bellen, nul franje. Niet slechts de helft van de uiteindelijke factuur indiceren. Temeer daar ondertekening buiten kantoorfaciliteit al vooraf vaststond. Een cliënt mag zich op uw ervaring beroepen. Ook de ervaring in vaststelling van kosten. Very content with the content handling. Certainly after minimal correspondence. Tip: from now on, please provide a more realistic estimate for the telephone request for costs for basic custody / testament deed. Had zero bells and whistles, zero frills. Don't just indicate half of the final invoice. All the more since signing outside the office facility was already determined in advance. A client may rely on your experience. Duur: met allerlei verborgen bijkomende kosten 1500 EUR voor een standaard leveringsakte. Qua kosten en kwaliteit de Ryanair van notarisland (met dat verschil dat Ryanair bijkomende kosten nog specificeert), Sloppy: my personal information was sent to other people by post as well as by e-mail. Duration: with all kinds of hidden additional costs 1500 EUR for a standard deed of delivery. In terms of costs and quality, the Ryanair of notarisland (with the difference that Ryanair still specifies additional costs),

FYI, They promised to come back to me personally to explain, 3 weeks and still waiting. Draw your own conclusions!!! Dear Lubbers & Dijk, I feel strongly let down throughout the process of your handling of my purchase of the Apt: Zoom call cut out as you had the free version, the seller then had to use her account to restart the meeting When the deposit was due instead of calling me privately you email the whole group insinuating that the deposit may be withheld as I was in the convention of certain rules, why do you not call me first as any other reasonable notary would? Common courtesy. I paid the deposit within a few hours. You now send data-sensitive documents to my OLD address and you do not seal the letter. This included ALL my sensitive financial information. I am looking at all my options, it's a severe failure on your part and I feel personally damaged by this action and there is no telling what can happen if it has been opened by other individuals. I.
