★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enkele weken geleden wezen kijken bij een bedrijfspand in Amsterdam geuzenveld.
Eenmaal daar aangekomen trof ik de heer Steinweg.
Met alle respect naar dit bedrijf maar ik kwam een verloren ziel tegen die nauwelijks wat te vertellen had. Grof gezegd een droogkloot die letterlijk geen enkele moeite neemt om de klant even uit te leggen wat de verwachtingen zijn en de voorwaarden. Erg jammer ik snap natuurlijk ook wel dat het een pand is die zeer veel bezoekers heeft getrokken maar blijf wel professioneel in je werk en zorg ervoor dat je iedereen de tijd en informatie gunt die ze nodig hebben. Toon een beetje interesse in de bezoekers ipv. als een zoutzak staan en het gevoel geven aan de klant van wanneer ga je weg.
Telefonisch ben ik by the way wel heel netjes en vriendelijk geholpen.
Daarom de 3 sterren. Erg jammer deze ervaring. Heb wel eens betere makelaars gehad.
 A few weeks ago we went to look at a business building in Amsterdam Geuzenveld.
Once there I met Mr Steinweg.
With all due respect to this company but I came across a lost soul who hardly had anything to say. Roughly speaking, a dry ass who literally takes no effort at all to explain to the customer what the expectations are and the conditions. It's a shame, of course I also understand that it is a property that has attracted a lot of visitors, but do remain professional in your work and make sure that you give everyone the time and information they need. Show a little interest in the visitors instead. standing like a salt bag and giving the customer the feeling of when are you leaving.
By the way, I was helped by the phone in a very neat and friendly manner.
Hence the 3 stars. Very sorry this experience. Have you ever had better brokers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schedules a viewing with me, then emails me the day before saying that they had enough viewers and they want to cancel. wow, unbelievable that they simply dont care to respect commitments, and even stranger to me that they dont care about obtaining all potential buyers to get the highest price for the seller, instead prefer to spend time on another property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 3 weeks trying to get any information about an apartment listed on Funda. Around 8 calls, 3 emails and in the end they said that this apartment is unavailable. Horrible client service, do not waste your time there.

I uploaded all the requested documents for renting an apartment and called every day to check if my documents are ok and when is possible to have a viewing. Every time they told me that my documents twill be checked tomorrow (that never happened) . They also claimed that viewings have not started yet, but now the apartment I opted for is rented out. Either they are insincere or very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really wonder who gave high rating to this very unprofessional agency. Extremely rude on the phone, they have no interest in renting places. Even I meet all salary requirements, applied for the house on the day it was available and of course the lady on the phone says "the house has been rented even without checking". Stay away from this agency !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sharing the same experience of Nadia Kuzkin, Margarita Oberchuk, Victor Sheyanov and the many others who left reviews before me.
I called three times one day for a property, they closed the phone on me two of those times (even though I waited to get put through to a customer service representative and wasted my time).
The one time I managed to get in contact, they told me to apply online and wait for their colleague to call me. Well, after uploading 10 documents, filling in all my info and sharing my details through the Qii app, I call the next working day to be told that someone is already viewing the property (and if they do not view it, that I would be invited for a viewing).
I am sorry, but get your story together, do we need to call, do we need to apply, or be besties with the broker.
Very unprofessional and disappointed with my experience here.
P.S. After leaving a review, I was contacted by the rental manager, Shanice, who was quite nice and tried explaining to me what happened and helped me with my account. The explanation was that the system chooses the candidates, and it takes time to be chosen and depends on your profile, which I understand. No real explanation behind the two phone disconnections, but okay. Anyhow, that helped me slightly change my view of the firm.
