Particularly tasty bread and sandwiches. Best baker I know. In addition: tasty gingerbread and a good atmosphere because it seems that the whole bird neighborhood is coming (especially on Saturday morning ...)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als kind haalde ik Spoorpunten en ronde appelgebakjes bij Bakkerij Talsma. Toen al een geweldige bakkerij. Dit is 65 jaar geleden. De dochter van de bakker (Akki) zat bij mij in de klas op de Safornin Lomanschool aan de Plompetorengracht. Ontzettende aardige mensen.
As a child I bought Spoorpunt and round apple pastries from Bakkerij Talsma. Already a great bakery back then. This is 65 years ago. The baker's daughter (Akki) was in my class at the Safornin Lomanschool on Plompetorengracht. Incredibly nice people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne familie bakkerij die al heel heel lang bestaat. Pand is mooi ouderwets. Ik ga daar elke zaterdag ochtend vroeg mijn broodjes halen en dat doen heel veel buurtbewoners, soms nog in pyjama of op hun sloffen, ha ha.
Nice family bakery that has been around for a very long time. Property is beautifully old-fashioned. I go there early every Saturday morning to get my sandwiches and a lot of local residents do that, sometimes still in pajamas or on their slippers, ha ha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice small bakery where you can order your fresh cakes a day ahead. The fresh bakes are home baked and everything but industrial. The various breads are all delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked buying from and supporting this local bakery. A month ago I noticed that one of the breads I bought from there was at least a couple days old - it was hard and tasteless. I though it may have been a one time thing.
Then it happened again, and again. This morning I decided to give one last chance and explicitly asked for two fresh baked pain au chocolat. To my surprise as I got home one of them was definitely old and horrible. Sadly I'll never from them again
