★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aanbod van producten is prima. Gastvrijheid is echt verschrikkelijk. Een dame die ook wel eens op een andere vestiging heeft gestaan. Misschien heeft zij het verkeerde beroep gekozen als zij niet eens vriendelijk klanten kan begroeten. Iedereen heeft natuurlijk wel eens een minder goede dag, maar op de andere locatie was zij ook vaak onvriendelijk.
 Range of products is fine. Hospitality is really terrible. A lady who has also stood at another location. She may have chosen the wrong profession if she can't even greet customers in a friendly manner. Everyone has a bad day, of course, but she was also often unfriendly at the other location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, I will be quite honest and direct, but keep this as a suggestion for improvement: the coffee was terrible, incredibly acid. In Italy you will not survive a week. The coffee machine was good and usually there are courses offered to make coffee, invest in one of them.
The size of a simple Americano was wrong (yes I never order an espresso outside Italy... to many unpleasant experiences).
The nice side: pastries are delicious and the place is nice and cosy. You can have a good time there.
