In deze hippe beautysalon in Oud-West kun je zeven dagen per week terecht voor verschillende schoonheidsbehandelingen. Ook in de avonduren is de salon open, waardoor de salon voor iedereen toegankelijk is. Combineer hier het verven van je wenkbrauwen met het threaden of waxen van je wenkbrauwen om de look compleet te maken. Ze focussen zich op korte behandelingen met snel resultaat, waardoor je vaak binnen een uur alweer buiten de deur staat met strak geëpileerde wenkbrauwen, supervolle wimpers en babyzachte gewaxte huidjes.

Don't trust them to care about your safety.
My eyes burnt for 6 hours after!
I got my lashes done by a new girl. No problem last time.... this person was TERRIBLE! pulling my eyes the whole time, i felt burning the whole time. Finally it got so bad I asked her to take it off. She wouldn't!!! So I started to tell her she must get it off immediately after 30mins I really thought the burning was going to blind me!!!
She then yelled at me telling me it was my fault. The other lady said in dutch "don't talk to her" so they both ignored me...(yes you rude women, I understand Dutch)....
I owned beauty salons and taught hair and beauty for 25 years.... Never ever in my life have I met such a rude team of people!
I never finished my service but they kept my money.
Biggest mistake was paying upfront! They refuse to refund and I didn't actually get my service completed.
The WORST service EVER!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for eyebrows. Staff was friendly. But the end result was not at all satisfactory. I got bruises above both the eyebrows. They didn't pluck it properly. Not expecting from a place which is specialised only for eyebrows. First time in my life I had this kind of bad experience with threading. After threading sometimes one get pimple after 1-2 days. But this is pure negligence on their part. They ripped my skin.

The girls were very nice but After having a brow lift and eyelash tint i left with my eyelashes barely tinted I have a couple white eyelashes and they didn’t even get these even after i asked her to make sure she got them. my eyebrows looked insane hairs sticking out ( I’ve had a lift before and it is not supposed to look like this) i simply reached out with my disappointment and instead of apologizing for the bad service the right thing to do and re do it they refused and when i wrote a comment on the instagram with this experience as is my right they blocked me- I see now there are many many bad reviews like this and i wish i had seem them before- stay away from this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a poor experience. There was only one staff doing the brows. There were 4 girls waiting when I was doing my brows because they booked people every 10 mins, so if anyone is late or if the sessions is overran, well, you get the idea. Obviously the girl was rushing. I did a standard eyebrow wax, my brows were not even afterwards, nor does it look clean. The girl called the next girl up before I even checked my brows properly. I kick myself every time when I go somewhere other than Benefit for eyebrow waxing. But this is by far the poorest experience I have ever had for brows waxing. Sloppy and unprofessional.
I’m sure not every girl/guy in the store is like that, so my girl is Kaya, would really recommend against the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not happy with the state of my brows after my appointment. I took my time to explain to the brow artist how I wanted my brows to be waxed.
At first, it looked good, but she went ahead and over tweezed the bottom half and made them too thin. Even worse, it’s uneven.
I won’t be going back there again. I was quite impressed with the work I saw online but my own brows look terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did 3 procedures in this salon and, unfortunately, mostly disappointed.
Brows threading - went well and fast and I am happy with the shape.
Colour - they ignored my preference not to end up with black brows. And in the middle of the procedure specialist who was doing my brows just started to work with a different client and other technician forgot that I have henna on my brows and its needed to be removed fast. I asked to remove colour they did, but unfortunately, it wasn't possible to do fully. Also my request to do gradual colour of the brows was absolutely ignored.
Lash lifting - For some reason master wasn't able to adjust pad for lashes properly so only half of my lashes was curled. So I needed to do it second time for the other half of my lashes. Second time they didn't cover my low lashes so they ended up influenced by all mixtures and started to have weird shape. They didn't adjust size of the pad so it will suit to the eye form either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even think of going there!!! The customer service is inexistent (to say the least!). When they finally contact you back, they try to "soft" blame you for their horrible "treatment" by inferring that your skin is the problem or that you would be using roaccutane or cough syrup (?) and that is why you got an injury (not because of the absurd amateurism of the "beautician"!!). The manager is never available and they will not reimburse you! See for yourself in the images attached. Ps: just saw another person has the same complaint of burned face/eye area!
