★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular customer from their opening and I witnessed a steadily decrease of the service offered and an increase of the turnover. I did have a few disappointing experience in the last couple of years but I raised my first complain to them only after my latest appointment in June.
The girl that treated me was still at beauty school, not a professional as i would expect from beauty saloon with such prices.
My skin has been burned on several spots on my legs and I sent them pictures. The store manager invited me to go to the store immediately but she also said that it didn't look like a damage caused by the wax. I wrote back and explain that I was abroad, that the spots appeared after the wax and I asked to be refunded. They did not even bother to answer anymore.
This is how they treat loyal longterm customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t go here ! Is usually give the benefit of the doubt when I see low stars but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had! And for the price I paid it’s absolutely ridiculous.
Firstly I made an appointment a day in advance for a full body wax, and when I came for my appointment 20 min early, they took me in and said they didn’t have time for a full body even though there was 2 hours till close.
The older lady who waxed me missed huge patches on my arm and legs, and when I pointed them out she got mad and started swearing in her language. She was so slow and only did half arm( not even hand!) and legs, missed a whole section on my calf!!!, my lower back( also many patches!) and I had huge blisters on my bikini line because she waxed the same area more than 3 times! A huge mistake for sensitive areas. She seemed like she’s never waxed before in her life! And refused to fix the rest of the patches because she had no time.
I am so disappointed in the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monika has been the worst waxer I ever had. She is rude, doesn't treat you at all well, aggressive, and didn't even put powder on me after it. Extremely not profesional to the point of embarrassing. I will never go back to this place, she made my experience a horror movie. Please bosses, if you care about the bad reputation she is giving you, take this into account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for the first time earlier today and despite reading some of the tough reviews on here and being a little concerned - I was absolutely delighted and did not see any of the issues outlined by other reviewers. Stephanie was absolutely incredible- I would say it’s been the most painless wax I have had, was very clean and professional. I would recommend and have already booked my follow up wax with Stephanie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I showed up on time was greeted and asked to take a seat, then I was kept waiting for 20 min. When the person assigned to do my treatment finally showed up, she started looking at the iPad, speaking to herself and the iPad in Italian after a few minutes she said to me she was running so behind, asking what I needed done and then proceeded to state she would need to reschedule until the next day due to scheduling conflicts, I was not very happy with this outcome but did not see a much better option, one of her clients then came out needing to pay, the attention swiftly changed to the client needing to pay, meanwhile I received an email confirming the reschedule, once she’d finished up I mentioned this and she apologies and I left.
Then when I got home I get an email cancelling my appointment.
I spent 30 min at LadyWax in total 20 min waiting and 10 min rescheduling my appointment, which was then cancelled- I cannot speak to the quality of they work perform but can only state the service to be incredibly disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a great balance between upscale salons and cheap “quick fix” places. The interior and atmosphere is very nice and spacious. The ladies are well trained and have enough time to complete the treatment without rushing. One other very convenient feature is their working hours.
