i	ilse bvk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen maand een badkamer gekocht bij Brugman in Alkmaar. Super goed geholpen door verkoopadviseur Timo. Hij dacht goed met ons mee en gaf ons goede adviezen over de verschillende opties van het sanitair en de plaatsing ervan. Er werd de tijd voor ons genomen om onze wensen goed in kaart te brengen en zo een badkamer te ontwerpen die volledig naar onze wens is. Ook kregen wij de tijd om een beslissing te maken, wat wij als erg prettig hebben ervaren. Na de afspraak hebben we 3D foto's ontvangen, waardoor we een goed beeld hebben van hoe het er daadwerkelijk ongeveer uit gaat zien. Het andere personeel in de winkel is ook altijd erg vriendelijk. De producten in de showrooms zien er kwalitatief goed uit. Er is veel aanbod van verschillende meubelen, tegels, etc. waardoor voor iedereen wel iets te vinden is. Wij hadden een goed gevoel bij deze winkel! Kortom, een goede service, personeel, voldoende aanbod en veel zin om straks de badkamer te zien als hij af is! Last month I bought a bathroom at Brugman in Alkmaar. Super good help from sales advisor Timo. He thought along with us and gave us good advice about the different options of the sanitary facilities and their placement. The time was taken for us to map out our wishes and to design a bathroom that is completely to our liking. We were also given time to make a decision, which we experienced as very pleasant. After the appointment we received 3D photos, so we have a good idea of what it will actually look like. The other staff in the shop are always very friendly too. The products in the showrooms look good quality. There is a wide range of different furniture, tiles, etc. so that there is something for everyone. We had a good feeling about this store! In short, good service, staff, sufficient supply and a lot of desire to see the bathroom when it is finished!

Ik had via vrienden heel negatieve verhalen gehoord over Brugman, dat er altijd iets zou ontbreken in de geleverde producten of dat het heel lang zou duren voordat alles compleet zou zijn en dat je zelf heel erg op moet letten anders zou het allemaal mis gaan. Helemaal niets van dat al. Alles is perfect gelopen met uitstekende begeleiding, service, levering en montage. Alles klopte. Complimenten ik had het echt niet verwacht maar nu zal ik iedereen Brugman aanraden. De verkopers waren prettig om mee te praten en te overleggen, Bij adviseur Ben Plomp konden wij altijd weer met onze vragen terecht. Verder kregen wij een speciale medewerkster voor de badkamer toegewezen die dat helemaal begeleide tot en met nazorg. Ook de monteurs waren perfect. Zowel Anils renovatie voor de badkamer als dhr Herman? Die de keuken geplaatst heeft. Wij hebben met beiden uiterst prettig gewerkt. Dus zoals niets dan lof! We are very satisfied and also very positively surprised by the service you have provided. In the beginning I was quite skeptical about Brugman. I had heard very negative stories about Brugman through friends, that there would always be something missing from the delivered products or that it would take a long time before everything would be complete and that you have to pay very close attention otherwise it would all go wrong. None of that at all. Everything went perfectly with excellent guidance, service, delivery and assembly. Everything was right. Compliments I really did not expect, but now I will recommend Brugman to everyone. The salespeople were pleasant to talk to and consult with. We were always able to contact adviser Ben Plomp with our questions. We were also assigned a special employee for the bathroom who supervised it all the way through to aftercare. The technicians were also perfect. Both Anil's renovation for the bathroom and Mr Herman? Who installed the kitchen. We have worked extremely well with both. So like nothing but praise!

Hij nam de tijd voor ons, luisterde naar onze wensen, dacht met ons mee, stelde kritische vragen waardoor wij aan het denken werden gezet en zorgde er zo voor dat we samen tot een mooi, praktisch en goed doordacht keuken+badkamerontwerp kwamen. Wij zijn hem ontzettend dankbaar voor alles wat hij voor ons gedaan heeft en bevelen hem dan ook van harte aan! Neat and very carefully helped by BEN! We have chosen a bathroom and kitchen. He took the time with us, listened to our wishes, thought along with us, asked critical questions that made us think and so ensured that we arrived at a beautiful, practical and well-thought-out kitchen + bathroom design. We are very grateful to him for everything he has done for us and we highly recommend him!

In het filiaal zelf was niet direct een oplossing, maar na contact met de regiomanager kon de verkoper ons doorverwijzen naar het filiaal in Utrecht. De volgende dag konden we de showroom keuken al ophalen en inmiddels staat hij er prachtig bij. Top service!! We urgently needed a kitchen. There was no immediate solution in the branch itself, but after contacting the regional manager, the seller was able to refer us to the branch in Utrecht. The next day we were able to pick up the showroom kitchen and it is now looking great. Great service!!

The turnaround of the 3 design options was quick and the 3D visualisation was very helpful to visualise what the new kitchen will look like. We are looking forward to the final result.

He also advised on better position of certain pieces of the project. We are very glad with the overall quality and speed of the service. The only negative part was the long waiting for the contractor, but it was worth it. We would give 11 out of 10 as review of his work.
