★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik weet niet of de Bruna is overgenomen, of dat er enkel nieuw personeel is aangenomen, maar sinds een tijdje werken er 2 uiterst vriendelijke mannen. Service is top en met een glimlach. Ik heb nu al tweemaal meegemaakt dat ze erg meedenkend zijn met (oudere) klanten, vaak met dingen die ver buiten het normale takenpakket liggen. Top winkel!
I don't know if the Bruna has been taken over, or if only new staff have been hired, but for a while now 2 extremely friendly men have been working there. Service is top notch and with a smile. I have already experienced twice that they are very cooperative with (older) customers, often with things that are far outside the normal range of tasks. Great store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The women are very kind and helpful but sometimes there's one man who mistreats me badly. I can't describe how rude he is to me every time I go. Even for the simplest question I get the worst answer. When I'm trying to talk to the ladies (to avoid him) he gets involved. Some people should not be in a customer faced role.

I entered a store right on closing time super stressed as it was the last day I could do my return and I meet with the best service that could be provided by 2 super kind guys that decided to help me with a big smile, replaced my box that get wet from rain and quickly took care of sending procedure while I could relax and all of that right on time they were about to close. This is one of the best service I encountered in Eindhoven. Absolutely big recommendation and I wish such a employees for every store owner. I'll definitely keep on coming back to this bruna. Such a plasure! Big greetings for the 2 super kind and helpful guys. You made my day! ?
