★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ❤ this place, they treat you not like a customer but as friend some treat you as family. I have not experienced a bad day there, I love all of their stories they tell! We are always chit chating about almost everything customer service is always off the chain (enjoyable). They are very informative about all German/US appliances, and the places in germany to visit. Because this is our first time in germany we love to know the culture and travel around to scenic areas. So thank you for all employees and managers keep up the amazing atmosphere!
