P	Peter Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann nur absolut vor diesem Betrüger warnen! Wir haben in Goch mit BSA und Herrn Schwalbe gebaut. Leider ist nahezu alles schief gegangen. Schriftlich festgehaltene Absprachen werden nicht umgesetzt oder kosten doch deutlich mehr als vereinbart. Haus wurde daraufhin nie fertiggestellt. Falsche Rechnungen werden gestellt. Inzwischen auch immer mehr feuchte Stellen im Haus: Garagendach undicht, weil unsauber gearbeitet. Dach am Schornstein undicht. Pflasterarbeiten nicht VOB konform, einfach Sand unter die Pflastersteine gelegt, usw... Wenn man Dinge reklamiert, kümmert sich einfach keiner drum. I can only absolutely warn against this scam! We built in Goch with BSA and Mr. Schwalbe. Unfortunately, almost everything went wrong. Agreements made in writing are not implemented or cost significantly more than agreed. As a result, the house was never completed. Incorrect invoices are issued. Meanwhile more and more damp spots in the house: Garage roof leaking because it was not worked properly. Leaking roof on the chimney. Paving work not VOB compliant, just put sand under the paving stones, etc ... If you complain about things, nobody cares.
