Auf Beanstandung reagierte die Firma quasi gar nicht, sodass man die Mängelbeseitigung gerichtlich durchsetzen muss. Auch hier zeigt sich Jansen und Stenmans trotz Urteils und Gutachtens nicht kooperativ! I cannot recommend this company! Unfortunately, the quality of the materials used was demonstrably poor. Preislich nicht die Günstigsten, aber dafür auch wirklich in meinen Augen gut. Auch bei einer kleinen Reklamation wurde, nachdem man mit dem ausführenden Handwerksbetrieb, keinen Nenner finden konnte, unverzüglich reagiert und das Problem aus der Welt geschafft. I built a turnkey detached house with the company Jansen & Stenmans through Favorit and there was nothing to complain about. The work was reliable and clean. Not the cheapest in terms of price, but really good in my opinion. Even with a small complaint, after you could not find a common denominator with the executing craft business, responded immediately and the problem was resolved.
