★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel jammer dat het bedrijf geen waarde hecht aan aftersales. Ik probeer al een aantal dagen in contact te komen maar zowel telefonisch als via de email totaal geen reactie.
 It is a great pity that the company does not value after sales. I have been trying to get in touch for a few days but no response by phone or email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Producten zijn oké, je kan ze alleen 50% goedkoper kopen in uk, en hun service is alles behalven, men toestel zou geleverd worden binne de week, deze ging dan later komen en er zou een compensatie bij zitten beloofde ze, 3 weke later kreeg ik men toestel pas en zonder compensatie, teleurgesteld
Products are okay, you can only buy them 50% cheaper in uk, and their service is everything except, one device would be delivered within the week, this would then come later and there would be a compensation, they promised, 3 weke later got I have been disappointed with this device and without compensation

Leider musste ich eine sehr schlechte Kundenbetreuung erfahren und warte seit februar 2017 auf eine rückmeldung. Mittlerweile ist Juli und ich habe leider noch nichts gehört.
Solange es um deren Belange geht ist alles gut und es geht schnell, sobald man selber Fragen hat dauert es!
Ich würde hier nichts kaufen!!!!
Bad feedback in case of problems
Unfortunately, I experienced a very bad customer service and have been waiting for feedback since February 2017. Meanwhile, July and I have not heard anything yet.
As far as their concerns are concerned, everything is fine and it's quick, as soon as you have your own questions it takes!
I would not buy anything here !!!!
