β β β β β Highly recommend the Kip Extravaganza. I have ordered at least 10 Kip Extravaganza and they are consistently delicious. Tip: if you do order online, i would recommend heating it up for 10 minutes so it is at its best.

β β β β β All their food is truly delicious! My favorite sandwiches in town without a doubt. The chicken extravaganza is so good. I also recommend the vegan chorizo option.
I also love their maple pecan cookies! So so good!

β β β β β First visit. Nice simple set-up. Seats outside and inside. Order at the counter. Good choice of filled bread from meat to fish to vegetarian. Kip Extravaganza sounded good so ordered that. Takeaway so was wrapped and bagged. Lovely food, full of flavour and a good portion. Looking forward to another visit and trying one of the other options. All sound really good.
