D	Denise de Prouw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Om 9.15 uur gebeld met de gemeente over een gewond dier aangezien de dierenambulance aangaf dat Gemeente Bunnik alle contracten met hun had ingetrokken waardoor zij op Bunniks grondgebied niets meer mochten doen. Bij melding bij de gemeente wist de telefoniste van niets. Heeft haar collega gebeld, welke op dat moment in bespreking zat en schijnbaar kwaad was omdat de dierenambulance zou liegen (wat een discussie is die zij onderling mogen uitzoeken en ik niet bij betrokken hoef te worden). Er is een terugbelnotitie gemaakt zodat meneer z.s.m. met mij contact kon opnemen na de bespreking. De gehele dag gewacht en precies toen ik 1 eigen telefoontje had, belde meneer mij terug om 15.45 uur. Deze natuurlijk gemist, maar elke poging om terug te bellen, werd ik weggedrukt. De Gemeente zou dus schijnbaar zelf de taak van dierenambulance op zich nemen, maar doet helaas niets. Zeer slechte zaak en nog slechtere service/dienst/hulpverlening. Called the municipality at 9.15 am about an injured animal as the animal ambulance indicated that the municipality of Bunnik had withdrawn all contracts with them, so that they were no longer allowed to do anything on Bunnik's territory. When reporting to the municipality, the operator did not know anything. Called her colleague, who was being discussed at the time and was apparently angry because the animal ambulance would lie (which is a discussion they can sort out among themselves and I don't need to be involved). A call-back note was made so that Mr. z.s.m. could contact me after the discussion. The whole day waited and exactly when I had 1 own phone call, Mr. called me back at 3.45 pm. Missed this of course, but every attempt to call back, I was pushed away. The Municipality would apparently take on the role of animal ambulance itself, but unfortunately does nothing. Very bad thing and even worse service / service / assistance.

En afspraak was precies op afgesproken tijd Good service, customer-friendly: employee thought along well with regard to applications for a driver's license / medical examination. Personal approach. And appointment was exactly at the agreed time
B	Bijstandboy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update 1 : Veranderd naar twee sterren aangezien de planten in de perken geen onkruid bleken te zijn. Het zijn winterharde geranium maar die kunnen schijnbaar het perk niet dichtgroeien, waardoor je vooral aarde en onkruid ziet. Het gaat om het gebaar natuurlijk net als die tweede ster. De gemeente gaat (ooit) nieuwe planten neerzetten! Ik heb er na een jaar zelf maar wat bloemzaad in gegooid. Update 2: Het trottoir is gemaakt! Groot succes! Ziet er weer mooi uit. Mogelijk niet voor lang, want er is niks gedaan om de verzakkingen door afvloeiing van water naar de sloot te voorkomen. Maar het was gezellig, dus over een paar jaar gewoon weer bestraten. Wat moet er nog gebeuren: -Wrakfietsen verwijderen -Groen herstellen -Bloembakken vullen Update 1: Changed to two stars as the plants in the beds did not appear to be weeds. They are hardy geraniums, but they apparently cannot close the flowerbed, so you mainly see soil and weeds. It's about the gesture, of course, just like that second star. The municipality will (one day) plant new plants! After a year I threw in some flower seed myself. Update 2: The sidewalk has been created! Great success! Looks nice again. Possibly not for long, because nothing has been done to prevent subsidence due to run-off of water into the ditch. But it was fun, so in a few years just paving again. What still needs to be done: -Remove wreck bikes -Restore green -Fill flower boxes
