Wagyu beef is the beef that comes from the Japanese Wagyu cattle. It is regarded as one of the best slices of beef. There is a lot of marbling in the meat, which means that there are streaks of fat within the red meat which makes the meat more tender and moist, while adding flavor. Sometimes the Wagyu beef is called different things based on where it is from. Some examples include Kobe beef, Matsusaka beef, or Omi beef.

The fried onions were the best fried onions i have ever eaten, the fries and burger were perfectly seasoned. The only thing that sucked was because of the greasiness of the burger the bread was kinda soggy as you can see in my second picture. Otherwise i have no complaints.

A nice choice of dips for the sides (fries or onion rings) and burgers AND even the buns can be chosen between Italian, US brioche or sesame original bun), with Angus beef or Beyond option (the meat-like non-meat). All was delicious but the meat was a bit too “done”
