Fun setting, friendly staff, you can follow the pizza preparations and see them cooking in the traditional ovens. Very reasonable price, bit of waiting but very understandable given the menu. Very good location, close to the beautiful Tuschinski movie theater.

The staff is really not welcoming and rude. No one welcomed us when we arrived and once we sat by ourselves the manager made us a remark. After waiting a long time before they cleaned the table we finally ordered. The pizza were basic and the pasta were disgusting. Finally when we ask to split the bill the manager insulted us. Run if you don’t want to ruin your diner !

The service was very bad. We waited for the pizzas for a long rime, but they did tell us about the long waiting hours). They messed up our order and two pizzas were the wrong ones. After waiting again, the pizzas finally came. However, we were very disappointed to have raw dough and bland toppings on our pizzas. On top of this already extremely disappointing experience we were very disappointed to see, that they charged us 2-4€ extra per Pizza. Once confronted the manager blamed the system. All in all a very disappointing and shocking visit. I would strongly advise against going there. They exploit tourists.

Very good pizza, really enjoyed it. Old and very tired decor, my wife probably would have left if she was with me. Thought the waiter was more interested in selling extras, and getting in people who were browsing the menu on the street than the few customers in the place. Got the feeling it won't be in business much longer.

Too many flies on the dirty walls... Awful housewine. Music even worse than the wine! Pizza was tasty but with taste of fly...perhaps find somewhere else? Entertainment - swatting the flies off the beer glass...

We decided to try this place after wandering around the town for ages looking for somewhere to eat to get a pizza. We had a look at the menu on the outside and decided to go in and eat. We didn’t really get a hello at the door as we walked in (someone was right there in the window) and we couldn’t see a waiter in sight to sit us at a table. We sat ourselves down in the window seat on a table for 4 adjacent to the pizza oven. We waited for a waiter to come over to our table and before doing so we got stared at to see if we were actually wanting to order. There was another couple that came in just after us and a table of 6 people before us. Before being asked what we wanted to eat we noticed the waiter who had given us the menus was sitting at the back of the restaurant eating a pasta dish We got asked by the person who was originally stood by the pizza oven what we wanted to order and we ordered a medium Heineken and a Diet Coke. He then went onto take the other 2 tables orders. The drinks did come to us quickly however my Diet Coke tasted completely flat. After being in there for 17 minutes then they decided to play some music. After 20 minutes of waiting we were finally given some cutlery and our pizza came a minute after (made by the man who was eating his pasta only 5 minutes ago). The pizza was nice, pretty basic and very cheese but it was cooked in a proper pizza oven. I asked for some olive oil and balsamic vinegar and the bottles that came over we’re simply disgusting. The oil bottle was covered in grease and needed a good clean and so did the balsamic and actual holder. I am pretty convinced that back in England this place would not have passed a hygiene inspection. There was dirt and dust everywhere and it could do with a complete refurb and new furniture - could do with Gordon Ramsay’s help. This place needs a women’s touch and some love and attention on getting it up to scratch. It was frustrating sitting in the window because I felt like saying to people that were looking at the menu not to bother. After we had finished eating it took the staff ages to clear our table even though they kept looking over at our table. I would not go back here and would not recommend.
