β β β β β The food is like in any other BK. The service was friendly and fast. Orders can be placed at the counter or using a big screen. Payment with credit cards is possible.
Unfortunately no bathroom within the facility.

β β β β β They have pretty good food, but it happens that if there is no one in front of you who still has to order that it will take a very long time before you can order, as today, we were already there for fifteen minutes and then one of the staff said I'll come to you soon, after 5 minutes she had not yet taken our order and then we left because we had to catch the train.

β β β β β I have to say Burger King Lelystad really lives up to their reputation.... In a positive way!
I ordered a ? in one of the Burger King franchises today a kids meal for my daughter of 8yrs old who's a milk allergy and explicitly told the cashier "NO CHEESE ?"...
After getting home to our surprise there was CHEESE ? on the the ?.
Irritated I went to their colleges at Burger King Lelystad and explained the situation...
They called up their college of the other franchise and decided to "Pick up The Slack"... Issuing the exact menu (without the ?) to my daughter making her a happy little girl.
Thank you ?? Burger King ? lelystad.

β β β β β The self service kiosks allow you to add an item to your burger (e.g. an extra patty) but not add multiple items (e.g. a patty and bacon) nor remove anything (e.g. no cheese). Seems a bit random.
Other than that: good triple whopper and generally not too busy.
Update: while the Whopper is fine, the patty on the Big King is ridiculously small. See photo. Removing 2 stars.
