★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got in the train as displayed on the platform for 3.40pm to Amterdam central. Last minute they changed the platform and I missed that train and 7 others also missed the train. We had to jump on Rotterdam central train and change midway at Almere to go to Amsterdam central. Really bad service and announcement was only in Dutch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good train station, I slept in the photobooth as I missed the last train. A bit too bright in my opinion but quite cheap and confortable. I didn't try to take any picture tought.

Step free access is possible via lifts, a bus station straight outside of the station and thanks to the new line, it's possible to take the train to Kampen Zuid and Zwolle which is really nice. Coupled with lovely smelling shops and cafes, this is a very good station.
