for those complaining it doesn't come close to McDonalds taste I say this go to McDonalds and eat a commercial factory made hamburger with little flavor. Burger King isn't trying to be McDonalds. Burger King is trying to taste like Burger King which taste better. You might know this if you been to the USA and tasted real burgers not the processed factory made commercial burgers like mc Donalds. I am a American myself and know burgers and this is a decent burger for the price. Its Mc Donalds that is trying to be like Burger King by serving their MIestro super burger menus with the fancy grilled style burgers imitating burger kings style but charging a higher price. The taste of this burger kings food is good for the price the place could be cleaner and the staff could actually work faster or put some effort in it. Have any of the workers even seen how American Burger King staff workers work? they are fast in America they serve 20 to 30 people in 20 minutes and a drive thru and people wait maybe 5 or 7 minutes for a burger. If you go into a Burger King in America and its slow inside and not many customers you get your food quick as maybe 2 minutes! The reason why is the staff in America are working not sitting around thinking that because they should up for work that they should get paid. Your staff needs to move quickly and keep busy as there is plenty to do or plenty of work to catch up on if its slow. There should not be one employee just sitting by the counter hanging out or just waiting and doing nothing. Go clean the tables or empty the trash cans etc. there is plenty of work to always do.

Updated After leaving feedback, the Burger King staff was really responsive. The manager in this location really nicely and kindly corrected the order when we came back. At 15.10, 22/12/2018 /I am really into chicken nuggets here and after ordering 20 chicken nuggets, paying and taking them home. We realized that they were not chicken, they are chilli cheese nuggets. I am very disappointed about the service here./

Mohamed made a "mistake" by giving me my change back... And besides that, little annoying flies spoiled my "dinner"...

Although the staff is very kind and helpful, I can't consider it fast food if it takes 15 minutes to get a burger with fries when it isn't busy at all. On the other hand, the burger I got after waiting was very tasty and well worth the money. Would I go here if I were in a hurry? Definitely not. But if I'd again have some time to kill I would definitely consider this as a good place for a meal.

Cola was not cold and also no ice provided. Staff only told me after order finished.

Horrible, they got my order partially wrong and since it is takeout only you can't really go back due to the fact that it is inside the station behind the gates so you need a ticket...also the chicken nuggets were horrid, totally dry and definitely not fresh. Gross and expensive. Avoid, there are better food options within the station if you're desperate.

very diverse vegetarian menu. wait is usually longer than I'd like because I'm usually running to catch a train.

It was quick nice serive. To get food was quit slow. Later customers were served earlier. Quality howevet is on regular level.
