★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunday shift between (17:00-18:00)was terrible, food was dry, missing items from the order, the ice cream thrown together. People were running around. Worst BK experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On my way too Rotterdam I just wanted a Coffee so pulled into Southbound drive through to be told Coffee machine was broken, although surprised such a size of venue did not have a second or spare machine to use in such a situation.
Being told if I wanted to make the detour I could get one at the Northbound BK drive theirs worked did make chuckle.
On my way back after an exhausting day my coffee craving kicked in again so pulled into the Northbound BK assured by their Southbound BKs comment that this ones Coffee machine worked. Guess what theirs was Broken too! This was during Covid so at the time I can't judge anything more than the ability to make a cup of coffee at a drive thru on a highway which should be a very high priority and my disappointment is what gives them the shirty score that they could not pull this off on either side of the Highway that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience due to less knowledge about their meaning of king size menu. Burgers are of same sizes, the king size is only fries and cold drink. May be its gud for some but not for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good (as good as can be expected), but the intercom connection from the ordering 'post' was poor and the BK employee was very short/brief in his questions. Not very welcoming. Parking options after take-out are limited (only 5) and you're not allowed to drive back to the main large parking area next to the restaurant (only option is to return to the A13 highway).
