★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality food. We ordered take away to.eat on the train after a fun day in Amsterdam. The waiter was polite but not very bright. Eventually she got the order right and she spent extra effort after our asking to make sure we could make our connection, kudos for that. The food however was expensive, cold and stale; the fries weren't even warm anymore. So, although we deemed it necessary for a quick bite, next time I will just wait and go hungry until I reach my destination for a better meal for a more balanced price.

Staff is overall nice and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow service and the staff always forgets something... I work around the corner and sometimes drop by for lunch. The food is good, but the service is slow. Even if you are first in line it takes 10-15 minutes to place and receive you order. It is not the question of work overload, but the staff is literally moving in a slow-motion tempo. If it is busy, then you will never make it to order and eat within a 30 minute lunch. You would think that if they move slow, then your order is well prepared. But it is often not the case. They forget to give dressing for your salad, sause for frites, give you regular coke instead of light.. . The most frustrating: I order often long chicken with extra tomato ?. Then I wait for it 15 minutes longer then the regular long chicken, and then.... I get one without tomato... And they cannot refund the money I paid for extra tomato... This happened several times to me now.
