★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff, especially the lady downstairs. I wanted to use the toilet and im used to either buying something or paying at the toilets to the staff there, or to put a coin in the door. I walked in to check and She abruptly stopped me in a very rude manner looking angerly, that I had to give her money there in the middle of the restaurant. Being nice doesn't cost you anything you know. Walked out.

They don't care about the guests and are very rude.
I don't like the competition (Burger King) But I always go to them instead of this Mc Donalds.
