★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agatha Christie boeken aangekocht via marktplaats.nl. Duidelijk op voorhand gevraagd of ze onbeschreven waren; werd me bevestigd dat ze in prima staat waren. In de helft van de boeken, die overigens in goede staat waren, stond uiteindelijk een naam met balpen neergepend. Was niet volgens de afspraak. Ik schrijf een persoonlijk bericht met de boodschap dat dit erg onaangenaam is en dat ik daarom een negatieve beoordeling geef van twee sterren, maar i.p.v. een verontschuldiging krijg ik een negatieve beoordeling van één ster.
 Agatha Christie books purchased through marktplaats.nl. Clearly asked in advance if they were unwritten; I was confirmed that they were in excellent condition. In half of the books, which by the way were in good condition, a name with ballpoint pen was written down. Was not according to the agreement. I write a personal message with the message that this is very unpleasant and therefore I give a negative rating of two stars, but instead of an apology I get a negative rating from one star.
