β β β β β do not do business with is company . when you will go to pick up the car , they will say to you above 500km you need to pay more money . take care about the old damage before you leave because after you come back they will try to charge you for that old damage .

β β β β β Normally I don't write these things down, but my experience was so bad when I went to pick up the car. I had a business trip which I needed to pick up machinery. I get to Buster Rent and when it was my turn the attendant said "The rear brake light is broken, is that a problem"
Well, yes, of course its a problem I have to drive in germany (as per the reservation).
Attendant "ok, can you take the car to the garage to fix the light?" Wow, really? This is the first time ever that I have been asked by a rental car company to take a car to their garage.... They were willing to give a 1/2 day discount for the loss of time.
Then go to check the car. The tires on back were new. The front were worn out where the sidewall and tread meet (Blowout hazard). The owner (On the phone) told me that it had just come from the garage and the tires were fine. I'm sorry, but if the car has just come back from the garage, then why is the tail light broken?
Anyway. I refused the car; there was no replacement.
My weekend plans are now gone and I have to arrange something else.
If you decide to rent from this company, I would consider it to be wise to have a plan B (just in case) Or go a day before you need it and make sure all is in order, so that way you can figure out other options.
This has now not only cost my company time and money. But I have lost a client due to this issue. Very unhappy, wish I could give less than 1 star

β β β β β Cheapest cars, but not the best quality.
For ours, the airco was broken and their were some lights on the dashboard that we thought meant the cat needed it's oil refreshed. Also there was broken glass in the back.
On the other hand, they are cheap.

β β β β β The employer/owner was very friendly upon delivering the van. Spent time to show and capture pictures of internal and external dentures. The van was ok, not the greatest, but did the job.
I would have rated 5 star, if I weren't call/email reminder of the deposit, I got it back with slight delay and after couple of communocations.
Not sure, if it is bank or the company taking it slow. Nevertheless, would definitely go back for another ride.

β β β β β Amazing experience. Everything went well and smooth. Lovely and generous gentleman at the desk ? you get the car fast , he tells you to record all the damage that is already on the vehicle (just in case) and your ready to go .... good luck and drive safe ? ? ? ?

β β β β β RentI was a nice experience renting a truck for my moving from BusterRent. Rob was always available and did his best to make the truck available even outside his working hours. And the truck was clean when I took it. I will rent it again from buster rent for my next moving!jjjbhbhhh!
