β β β β β Got my car ordered in France, wanted to change a tiny detail (few hours difference) the Sixt online platform makes you go through everything again and even seems to offer whole new prices. Calling was sht as well as the support is long wait and some choices lead you to endless talk by a speech computer. Since there is no other place to put this I ll drop this bad reviews at several 6th locations. Maybe they ll fix it.

β β β β β Always enjoyed good service here by friendly people. I prefer this one over the desk at Central Station which is more aimed at quick service to tourists.
We had a challenge here lately with am upgrade we got, but after a short call everything was arranged to my satisfaction: thanks!

β β β β β Awful expensive - I have booked and payed for car via sixt mobile app but was refused to get car! The reason is that sixt mobile app accept Bunk credit card but Sixt office no. Please, Sixt, be consistent in your requirements

β β β β β Exceptional rental experience. Website easy to use, employee contacted me prior to pick-up to offer free upgrade to larger vehicle (I needed SUV for moving purposes). Marius (Amstel Bus Park location) handed me the keys in less than 5 minutes and another employee personally walked me to the vehicle & oriented me to all features. Returning car after-hours was extremely easy and received an electronic acknowledgement that vehicle/keys had been returned after I placed keys in rental return after-hours box. Received a follow-up call from Marius to ensure that all had gone well. I have NEVER had a rental car company contact me after a rental. Wow...what a pleasant surprise. Fantastic business model!! Very impressed and will rent from Sixt in future!
