β β β β β Zeer slechte service van de vervoerder: Dynalogic. In het bestelproces vragen ze om een telefoonnummer zodat de chauffeur je kan bereiken, maar de chauffeur heeft tot twee keer toe niet gebeld. Lijkt mij wel handig als je met een zwaar artikel voor de deur staat, zoals een koelkast. Aangezien wij niet altijd in huis zijn, maar ook achter het huis in de tuin werken, missen we weleens iemand die voor de deur staat.
Nu hebben ze twee keer een pakket aangeboden gekregen en wordt het retour gestuurd. Ik snap dat een chauffeur een aantal adressen per dag heeft, maar om op deze manier met je adressen om te gaan.....
 Very bad service from the carrier: Dynalogic. In the ordering process they ask for a phone number so that the driver can reach you, but the driver has not called twice. I think it would be useful if you are standing in front of the door with a heavy item, such as a refrigerator. Since we are not always in the house, but also work in the garden behind the house, we sometimes miss someone who is at the door.
Now they have been offered a package twice and it is being returned. I understand that a driver has a number of addresses per day, but to deal with your addresses in this way.....

β β β β β Per ongeluk een wasmachine van Samsung (via Bol ) gekocht, en naar deze bedrijf verwijzen, de wasmachine is gekomen, en gedropt in belabberd toestand, en meteen zonder dat ik hem een keer gebruikt terug gestuurd, maar eerst twee keer verplaats naar de eerste verdieping en dan terug naar begane grond.
De product had kleine schade aan de afvoerslang, restanten van mensenhaar in de trommel, het komt water vanuit slang ...... ik denk dat foto's zegen meer dan de worden ....
De product is teruggestuurd, en nu zit ik gezadeld met de β¬450 Bol waardebon ):

Accidentally bought a washing machine from Samsung (via Bol), and refer to this company, the washing machine came, and dropped in a bad condition, and immediately sent back without having used it once, but first moved it twice to the first floor and then back to ground floor.
The product had minor damage to the drain hose, remnants of human hair in the drum, it comes water from hose ...... I think pictures are more blessing than the ....
The product has been returned, and now I am stuck with the β¬ 450 Bol voucher):
Never again!

β β β β β Leuk idee goed voor het milieu! En voor de portemonnee?. 65 inch tv besteld was als nieuw in originele doos. Miste helaas de afstandsbediening maat dat hebben ze in 1 dag opgelost de dames van cs(Wiktoria - Breezy Customer Service) nu de compensatie afwachten en de afstandsbediening bestellen op 123afstandbedieningen.nl ook leuk dat je de bezorgers live kan volgen en gewoon thuis kan zijn als ze voor je deur staan!??
Nice idea good for the environment! And for the wallet ?. 65 inch TV ordered was like new in original box. Unfortunately, the remote control was missing, but they solved that in 1 day, the ladies of cs (Wiktoria - Breezy Customer Service) are now waiting for compensation and ordering the remote control at 123 remote control. they are at your door!??

β β β β β Found online a great deal, contacted them if they could take any picture of any damage, as a response they replied that there was no damage thus a picture was not needed.
Received the product today and they did not lie in the slightest, delivered a great product and have a great customer support. As an advice, look for BuyBay in the future, they have excellent deals and really worth your time!
