★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selbst ein Stern den ich vergeben muss ist zu viel! Es wird keine Service Leistungen der Nachbesserung erbracht , endlose Telefonate die in das leere verliefen. Angeblich fehlten Teile ( ach da war übrigens ein Service Techniker vorhanden!) bei der Rücklieferung. Nie wieder kaufe ich von der Bytronic GmbH etwas! Nur Stress mit dieser Firma. Finger weg!
Even one star I have to give is too much! No rectification service is provided, endless phone calls that ended in nothing. Supposedly parts were missing (oh, by the way, there was a service technician there!) when the item was returned. I will never buy anything from Bytronic GmbH again! Just hassle with this company. Hands off!

In the shop you will find friendly and professional advice and a willingness to help. The devices I bought work perfectly, 1A price-performance ratio. Communication was also uncomplicated and respectful. I would shop there again and recommend it to everyone. Thank you Mr Özkan!

We ordered a washing machine, they brought it in a beautiful box that was undamaged, and once our room was finished and we were ready to install, we opened the un-damaged box only to find a severely damaged and bent up washing machine. If the box looked like the machine, we would not had accepted the delivery.
The damaged product was clearly and deliberately placed in a NEW BOX by Bytronic to HIDE THE DAMAGED WASHING MACHINE.
We have researched this companies track record and have found that not only have other customers had this same issue, but the “good reviews” they have here may be fake from a marketing company that is trying to curb those of us that are telling the truth here about receiving damaged products from Bytronic and that they refuse to answer the phones let alone replace the products claiming we “bought them as is.”
We are looking to file a group lawsuit against Bytronic and have even had an employee come forward and admit this is a known practice in their company among the workers there. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!
