Außerdem wurde superschnell geliefert und der Herd sogar auch angeschlossen. Alles perfekt. Great, fast communication (via eBay classifieds) and an inexpensive device that exactly matched the description. In addition, it was delivered very quickly and the stove was even connected. Bei Verkauf zuverlässig und freundlich, sobald ein Defekt (nach ca.3 Monaten) auftritt, haben die nix mehr mit zu tun... verweisen an den Hersteller. Der Hersteller kann es selber nicht fassen, warum ein Händler so reagiert. Uns wurde empfohlen, solche Händler zu meiden und uns künftig an renommierten Händlern zu wenden. Übrigens, günstig war es dort auch nicht. Media Markt wäre um einiges günstiger gewesen. Aber manchmal denkt man an die Händler vor Ort und möchte diese unterstützen.... Leider die falsche Entscheidung. Ich werde künftig, wie all die Jahre zuvor bei Media Markt einkaufen, noch nie Schwierigkeiten gehabt und extrem kulant. Zu Ihrer Antwort: Ja, ich habe mit Sicherheit zu viel Wäsche in meinem Herd reingestopft...??? Attention, I can only advise against the business. By the way, it wasn't cheap there either. Media Markt would have been a lot cheaper. But sometimes you think of the local dealers and want to support them... Unfortunately, the wrong decision. In the future, like all the years before, I will shop at Media Markt, I have never had any difficulties and I will be extremely accommodating. Die Lieferanten waren sehr freundlich und haben den Kühlschrank sogar bis ins Wohnzimmer gebracht. Leider haben wir am Abend bemerkt, dass Zubehör fehlte und es gemeldet. Der Mitarbeiter, war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hat sich schnell um die Reklamation gekümmert. Wir sind uns schnell einig geworden und das Angebot, das uns vorgeschlagen wurde, haben wir dankend angenommen und fanden es mehr als fair! Wir würden das Geschäft definitiv weiterempfehlen!!
