S	Sara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aantal dagen geleden heb ik twee truien bij deze C&A besteld. Echter was ik zelf niet in de gelegenheid om de truien op te halen. Mijn man ging met de mail waarin de afhaal bewijs stond naar de C&A. Hij kreeg de twee truien niet mee omdat hij niet de persoon was die de truien besteld had. De reden volgens de Caissière er worden genoeg mailadressen gehacked. En als hij de truien mee wilt nemen dan moest ik hem machtigen via een machtiging formulier en een handtekening die in dezelfde mail stond. Toen hij aangaf dat die wel eens eerder wat opgehaald had en het wel meekreeg wilde de caissière hier niets van weten. Ook wilde de caissière mij niet telefonisch te woord staan. Mijn man gaf aan dat de truien geroutineerd konden worden. Dit kon ineens wel door hem toegezegd worden want daar is geen machtiging voor nodig volgens de caissière omdat het dan via de winkel gebeurt. Erg eigenaardig allemaal maar wij zullen hier nooit meer bestellen. Je zult maar altijd afhankelijk zijn van een ander persoon. Betekent dus dat je vrijwel nooit je online bestelde kleding kunt laten ophalen. A few days ago I ordered two jerseys from this C&A. However, I did not have the opportunity to pick up the sweaters myself. My husband went to the C&A with the e-mail containing the collection proof. He did not get the two jerseys because he was not the person who ordered the jerseys. The reason, according to the Caissière, is enough mail addresses being hacked. And if he wants to take the jerseys then I had to authorize him via an authorization form and a signature that was in the same mail. When he indicated that he had picked up something before and that it did get along, the cashier did not want to know anything about this. The cashier also did not want to speak to me by telephone. My husband indicated that the jerseys could be routed. This could suddenly be promised by him because there is no authorization required according to the cashier because it then happens through the store. All very strange but we will never order here again. You will always depend on another person. This means that you can hardly ever have your clothing ordered online collected.
R	Reptile I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meestal bestel ik de kleding van C&A bij de webshop en haal of laat ik het retouren via de winkel. Vergeleken met de C&A webshop is de assortiment niet groot, maar dat zou uiteraard niet rendabel zijn. Af en toe koop ik ook wat in de winkel en personeel zijn in het algemeen beleefd en klantvriendelijkheid. Usually I order C&A clothing at the webshop and get it or have it returned via the store. Compared to the C&A webshop, the range is not large, but that would of course not be profitable. Every now and then I also buy some in the store and staff are generally polite and customer-friendly.
N	Nicole Jobse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie zomerjas voor mijn man gekocht ,was een aanbieding, thuis gekomen ,gepast ,was een maat te groot, niet gezien in de winkel dat het niet geruild mag worden, weg centjes,bedankt C&A ik zou daar niets meer kopen voor mijn kleinzoon of man of familie alleen als ik het zelf kan passen,het zou fijn zijn als het winkel personeel zou zeggen voor het afrekenen dat je het niet kunt terugbrengen en dat de bordjes waar het opstaan dat niet mag geruild worden bij de pinautomaat staan en niet op de zijkanten ver van de kassa . Bought nice summer coat for my husband, was an offer, came home, fitted, was a size too big, not seen in the store that it should not be exchanged, pennies gone, thanks C&A I would not buy anything there for my grandson or husband or family only if I can fit it myself, it would be nice if the shop staff would say before checkout that you can't return it and that the signs saying it shouldn't be exchanged are at the ATM and not on the sides far from the cash register.

Actually very sad, almost nobody in the store, you also had to make an appointment, this went fine, lots of choice, and cheap, and nice clothes, friendly staff.

Je viens donc de reposer mes articles et sortir pour écrire ce commentaire. N'allez pas dans ce magasin. Elderly cashier not very happy to live, unpleasant and not wanting to inform customers. So I just put my articles and go out to write this comment. Do not go to this store.
S	Sy Lev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel onvriendelijke en onbehulpzaam kassierster. Ziet eruit als ze direct uit haar bed komt. Zelfs niet beleefd. Kan niet even de prijs van een draagtas geven. De klant moet zelf opzoeken. Kom zeker niet om hulp te vniden. Very unfriendly and unhelpful cashier. Looks like she gets right out of her bed. Not even polite. Can't even give the price of a carrying case. The customer has to find out himself. Don't come for help.
