★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn ervaringen met Cadeaubon.nl zijn erg goed, snel geholpen en goede service. De pincode was niet meer leesbaar en binnen enkele dagen had ik een nieuwe bon in mijn mailbox. Ook een oudere bon kon ik niet meer vinden en hebben ze binnen een dag opnieuw verstuurd!
 My experiences with Gift Voucher.nl have been very good, helped quickly and good service. The pin code was no longer legible and within a few days I had a new receipt in my mailbox. I couldn't find an older receipt either and they resent it within a day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy this!!! I received a gift card worth €150 and couldn't use it due to Covid-19! Now will only compensate me with a €30 voucher!! They are also not part of "Stichting Keurmerk Cadeaukaarten"so watch out!!

Decided to give them a call:
I waited over 2 hours and when it was finally my turn I got disconnected.
Haven't spoken to anyone yet...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an expired voucher for Nike from their website. Contacted customer service to be told that now it’s activated, well it wasn’t and they don’t answer anymore. I am waiting for over 2 weeks for them to sort out my voucher. Customer service it’s completely unprofessional to the point that they cannot even write an email in a manner that it’s addressed to a customer.
