De familie Caron heeft in samenwerking met Vincent Leclair hun eigen wijn. Vernoemd naar het jongste broertje van de familie, is Lowel een jonge frisse Loire wijn (van de Gamay druif) die uitermate geschikt is om gekoeld te drinken. Deze wijn is natuurlijk in de Gouden Reael te krijgen, maar kunt u ook online bestellen om thuis van te genieten!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cozy restaurant with some of the best dishes in Amaterdam. The staff is very friendly, patient , gentle and providing great service in dealing with the customers. They have a wide range of wine selection mostly from France and they will help you pair it to the food. The menu is designed for vegetarians as well as meat eaters which is great. There is definitely a scope of improvement in the appetizer section where the portions are small. This was my second time and I would highly recommend paying a visit to this great French restaurant.

The service was slow. We waited a full hour for our main course. We think they forgot to place the order. The staff didn’t offer any explanation but they did apologize with espresso martinis! ?
