★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this place with my friends to get a drink. I went straight to the bartender and asked whether he can make me a Mojito and he said he can surely make one. Therefore, I ordered two Mojitos and when they were brought to us, the drinks were not proper cocktails. Now, as I work as a bartender I know most of the cocktails and this Mojito was made without any sugar, with ice cubes instead of crushed ice and in a short glass instead of a tall one (proper long drink glass) whilst it was very very watery which shouldn't be the case for a proper Mojito..Anyways, I went to the bartender and told him that I work in a bar as well and this isn't a proper Mojito for many reasons, then he angrily smashed my drink on the ground and told me that I should stop drinking cocktails. The bartender's attitude was the utmost disrespectful one I have ever seen in a bar, two women at the bar got scared after seeing the bartender getting angry and smashing my drink. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as long as this bartender works there, he is a grown adult (around 55 yr old) and acts like an autistic kid, the customer should be respected upon his requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE dirtiest bar I have seen in Amsterdam, and that is for Amsterdam standards so go figure! But it's a brown bar so gave it a chance.. till I ordered my first glass of (not very tasty) wine and immediately saw lipstick stains. Ordered for a new glass but got a nasty look from the barman, who didn't look friendly to begin with. The toilet was even nastier than the rest, decided to hold my pee. Also, should be noted, barman had to let us know that he only played dutch music.. bit old school for a touristic city? Altogether, dirty boring moody bar, will never go back and wouldn't recommend to young or old! Good thing is you have enough other good choices around! Amsterdam is amazing!
