★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing. Great setting and decoration. No music, so you can have a conversation, this brings a very relaxed atmosphere. Staff is amazing, helpful and funny, very attentive. You can try a few wines before deciding which bottle you want. I was even offered to try the fermented tea when I ordered it, super friendly! Food was amazing, every dish a surprise. The bread was really nice as well. We asked for more bread many times so we could really clean our plates with it, that’s how much we liked all the dishes. Definitely book a table at Remouillage!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not just another cafe to go and have dinner. This is a small gem of Amsterdam where you can immerse yourself in an unexpected culinary experience. The dishes are very creative and you will be pleasantly surprised by the skilfully combined palette of flavours and textures. Do absolutely not skip desert and give the kombucha a chance. You will not regret it. And most importantly take your time to enjoy !
