Sit at the counter at the window: you can put your feet up on the raised level and watch the lively Prins Hendrikkade bustle by whilst listening to an eccentric mixture of pop music and lively drunk conversations in 12 languages - which describes most bars in Amsterdam. BUT this is the one with the window seats where you can put your feet up.
