I've been coming here for over 35 years. Absolutely love the shawarma rolls they sell. Great cafeteria with a lot of choice and nice staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleyne Reick’s is an amazing snackbar, and their food is “verrukkelijk”. However, today what I want to talk about is their customer service.
The first thing I want to say is WOW. My several friends and I ordered several things, one of which being a Vega Pita. Cleyne Reick’s made a mistake on our order—probably through miscommunication on my part/the phonecall I ordered from—and gave us a Pita with meat. It smelled delicious, but with a vegetarian eater, my friends and I decided to go back to Cleyne Reick’s and get our actual order. Once we explained our situation to the staff, they completely understood and promptly asked for our address, so that they could deliver a replacement order, for free. Already, this is great, but their kindness doesn’t end there: We both got to keep the meat pita we had accidentally ordered—which me and my non-vegetarian friends ate with gusto—when a deliverer from Cleyne Reick’s showed up at our doorstep with the Vega pita, and a 2-euro coin to compensate for our “troubles”. Stunning.
TLDNR: Great customer service; Would recommend.
